Shipping and lead times

Your order is prepared once payment has been received. Preparation and shipping times are shown on each product page and in the cart; they are indicative. An email keeps you informed at every step (confirmation, shipping, parcel tracking).

Delivery costs

We deliver to mainland France and 24 European Union countries with Chronopost. Shipping costs are fixed per country, whatever the weight of the parts, and are shown in the cart before the order is confirmed.

Amounts include the VAT of the delivery country. Cyprus, Malta and countries outside the European Union are not served yet.

Receiving your parcel

Check the condition of your parcel upon delivery. If it is damaged, write your reservations with the carrier within 48 hours — without this step, a carrier claim may be inadmissible — and let us know at contact@autokur.com.

Withdrawal: 14 days

You have fourteen (14) days from receipt to change your mind about a purchase, without justification. The part must be returned unfitted and unused, in its original packaging and with all its accessories.

To start a return, write to contact@autokur.com with your order number: we will send you the instructions and the return address.

Returning your old part: the core charge

If your part was bought as an exchange unit, returning the old part is not a withdrawal: it is the exchange scheme, and you are refunded under the core charge. The amount appears on your product page and the full process is detailed on the How the core charge works page.
