Terms of sale

These terms of sale govern purchases made on autokur.com between TURBO EUROPE SAS ("autoKUR", "we") and any consumer or professional customer ("the customer"). Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

1. Scope and products

autoKUR sells vehicle spare parts: turbochargers, injectors, high-pressure pumps and gasket kits, either new or reconditioned as exchange units. Reconditioned parts are restored to the manufacturer's original specification and tested before shipping.

It is the customer's responsibility to check, before ordering, that the part is compatible with their vehicle — in particular by matching the original reference of the part being replaced. The search tools on the website list known vehicle fitments; if in doubt, the customer can write to contact@autokur.com.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes, excluding delivery costs, which are displayed in the cart before the order is confirmed. Prices of exchange-unit parts are subject to the return of the old part (core charge, section 5). autoKUR may change its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the rate in force at the time of ordering.

3. Order and payment

An order becomes firm upon confirmation by email. Accepted payment methods are those displayed at checkout; no bank card data is stored by autoKUR (see the privacy policy). Products are shipped after full payment has been received.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer, within the served areas offered at checkout. Preparation and shipping times are shown on the product page and in the cart; they are indicative and their exceeding does not entitle the customer to cancellation or compensation unless otherwise agreed. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address.

5. Exchange units and core charge

Exchange-unit parts are supplied in return for the deposit of the original used part (the "core charge"). The core charge amount is shown on each product page; it is refunded when the old part is returned, complete and in a condition allowing its reconditioning. 6. Warranties

All parts benefit from the legal conformity warranty (art. L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (art. 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). Damage resulting from incorrect fitting, improper use, modification of the product or unqualified work on the part is excluded from any warranty.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under art. L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumer customers have fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty other than the return costs. Practical arrangements are detailed on the Delivery and returns page.

8. Liability

autoKUR cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the products sold, from their fitting, or from the customer's misjudgement of compatibility. Its liability is engaged under French law, limited to direct damages.

9. Mediation and applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute with a consumer customer, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the customer may use, free of charge, the consumer mediator to which autoKUR belongs: [to be completed before launch].
